This dish is a great alternate option to meat for the people who prefer to eat vegetarian food. Afghani Chaap is commonly baked on skewers in a tandoor or oven with different types of marination. This dish is originated in South Asia. Boiled or fried chaap marinated for 1-2 hrs and then baked or skewered in tandoori makes it very nice in taste. Generally the marination for Chaap Afghani made up with curd, Cashew paste, cream, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, mustard oil and different spices.
