A pulao is a one pot dish of rice and vegetables cooked together with onions, garlic, ginger, spices and herbs. To make it more flavorful we can add vinegar, soya sauce and tomato catchup also. It will give a very tangy taste to our veg pulao. It is a perfect recipe for lunch and brunch. It is healthy yet very tasty. One can eat it as it is or can be consumed with curd and pickle.
