Gajar Ka Halwa | Traditional Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe

Gajar ka halwa or carrot halwa is a carrot based sweet dessert pudding from India. It is called gajrela, gajar Pak also. It is made by placing gajar on slow flame in a heavy bottom pan with adequate ghee, mawa/khoya or milk and lots of dry fruits. This dessert is mainly meant to enjoy in winters. Ingredients Required

  1. Gajar 1 KG
  2. Milk 1 Ltr.
  3. Almond 10gm
  4. Cashew 10gm
  5. Khoa 100gm
  6. Sugar 100gm
  7. Desi Ghee 3 Table Spoon
