Gajar Ka Halwa | Traditional Gajar Ka Halwa Recipe
Gajar ka halwa or carrot halwa is a carrot based sweet dessert pudding from India. It is called gajrela, gajar Pak also. It is made by placing gajar on slow flame in a heavy bottom pan with adequate ghee, mawa/khoya or milk and lots of dry fruits. This dessert is mainly meant to enjoy in winters. - Almond 10gm
- Cashew 10gm
- Khoa 100gm
- Sugar 100gm
