Rajma is the Indian name of kidney beans. It is a made up with thick gravy of onion, tomato, ginger and garlic with many Indian whole spices. It is usually serve with rice. Garnish kidney beans with lots of green coriander is like cherry on top. Kidney beans did not originate from India but it is very common and favourite dish in India and especially in North India. Punjabi style of Rajma has a unique place in all food lover’s heart all over world. Follow my way of preparing Rajma and enjoy.

- Bay leaf (Tez Patta).
